By using getcertable.com, enrolling in a course, purchasing an ebook, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Get Certable provides online, self-paced training and live online mock collection, mock test and error correction sessions. Courses are delivered through Thinkific, a third-party course platform, and are also subject to Thinkific's terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Course access is for one person only and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at enrollment and is processed securely through Thinkific and its payment processors. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made.
Certificates are issued only after you complete the required course content and pass the final assessment. A certificate of completion documents the training you completed with Get Certable.
For DOT courses, the online course covers the knowledge portion of qualification training. Full qualification under 49 CFR Part 40 also requires a successful proficiency demonstration (five error-free mock collections for urine collectors, or seven error-free mock tests for BATs), which is completed separately. You, and your employer or service agent, are responsible for meeting all DOT and agency requirements, including refresher training every five years and any error correction training.
The Bloodborne Pathogens course fulfills the general educational portion of OSHA training only. Your employer must provide site-specific training and access to its Exposure Control Plan.
Live online sessions are held by video call with a qualified Get Certable monitor. You must provide a working device, internet connection, camera and any supplies or partner required for your session, and arrive on time. Missed sessions and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.
You agree not to copy, record, share, distribute or resell course materials, videos, assessments or downloads, and not to have anyone else complete your coursework or assessments. We may suspend or end access, without refund, for violations of these terms or for academic dishonesty.
All course content, videos, forms, ebooks and branding are owned by Get Certable or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own training.
Our courses are for educational purposes. Regulations change, and you are responsible for following current DOT, agency and OSHA rules and your employer's procedures. Our ebooks are business guides only and are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Get Certable is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course or session involved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
